Song of Progression

Understanding what unfoldment is all about is but a beginning. To progress onwards from that beginning requires a destination to be held in mind.

(3.1.1) Words of Wisdom: Progression without an ultimate goal is totally illogical. To progress, you must first see and know your goal. You yourselves have chosen this reincarnation: You yourselves chose the obstacles, you yourselves chose the pitfalls, you yourselves have chosen the road by which you should walk. Each individual has two sides: the spiritual and the material. One side can be so heavily laden against the other that not only is your scale in imbalance, but the scale itself can snap at the central pivoting point; this is in any apparatus its weakest point. In the scale of balance between spiritual existence and the material existence, to destroy the physical expression, no matter what the circumstance, is indeed an act of spiritual murder.

(3.1.2) When each of you come in your turn and in your fashion and knock upon the Spiritual Halls of Learning, you beg and implore the Spirit within you, to be given the opening to express itself through the material ~ for this surely must be the prime function of the time allotted to you. I would ask you now to unfold within yourselves the outer petals of the Lotus and in earnest to reach inward to your Spirit and listen to your Greater Self. The one thing that you must do is to attune the spiritual and the physical closer together. To attune the spiritual body to the material body is far easier than tuning the material mind to the Spirit mind and bind them more closely together. If the  material mind is not at ease with the spiritual mind. How can spiritual Truth flow from you? This can only be achieved when you bring into closer being the two magnetic forces: the magnetic pull of Spirit and the magnetic anchorage of the physical. While you are encased   within the vehicle of flesh they cannot be separated with ease until you bring to the fore the Spiritual Self and push back the material. So look to think and to know when you must bring the spiritual forth and when you must let the material step forth. Your reincarnation is for the entire purpose of bringing wisdom and knowledge and enlightenment, and above all, LOVE forth.

 (3.1.3) Now, one other  factor which will bring that of the physical into closer being with the spiritual is the daily pollution you take within it. One of the most important factors of this is how you breathe. You use but a minute fraction of the organ within you, so as you go and walk we will ask you to start within an inhalation of six strides and an exhalation of six strides. Go to the door and do this in the morning, ten times three and see how dizzy you will become! This is the physical force that is recharging. By this you can open many chakras, you can touch upon many nerve centres and power points within the individual Lotus. You can cleanse and purify the bloodstream, but then do not light up the weed (cigarette) and inhale that of soot! There is one further point : I would ask you to cut down upon your intake of the drug caffeine. In that of your sugar I would ask you to use, not the one of the white, but the darker the better, to come in your eating habits to the natural sources of your Plane.

(3.1.4) In your unfoldment the psychic is the least that we are concerned with. The spiritual awareness and awakenment within the physical body is our desired effect. There are many upon your Plane who are one hundred percent psychic, but not one half percent spiritually aware or awakened. This is indeed a true waste of any reincarnation!

(3.1.5)You yourselves have chosen the road by which you should walk :

Questioner 1:  “Does spiritual awareness include the feeling of souls from spirit around one?”

(3.2.1) Reply: This is the psychic; it is the awareness of another dimension. Spiritual awareness is bringing into full the knowledge within you that will make your Being One.

Questioner 2: “Should we give up cigarettes and coffee and tea straightaway?”

(3.3.1) Reply: You drink on the seven cycle of your week. If for one day to start with, you exclude caffeine completely, then the next cycle of seven days you raise it to 2 days, for all these things, which are drugs must be reduced slowly. You cannot give a body a drug and cut. It is too much of a shock to the system. The same with that of nicotine. You cannot say no to drugs such as this but by degrees, to those that contain the less harmful element within them.

Questioner 2: “Do you mean to get the ones with less nicotine?”

(3.3.2) Reply: To begin with, the cancer-bearing trace is sugar, not nicotine. You have the sugar which is mixed with the tar. This forms the basis by which the bacteria of the cancer known to you comes. So the milder the cigarette the better, the longer the better, even within that of a holder which I am told you can obtain with crystal within, which will trap these elements. All good to start to stop.

Questioner 3: You ask us to walk the middle path and yet you ask for our Spiritual Self to come to the fore. That is not the middle path!

( 3.4.1) Reply: But it is!

Questioner 3:  I do not understand.

(3.4.2) Reply: Are you not predominantly Spirit, are you not in effect in flesh? Is this not foreign to you? If you are predominantly Spirit what you have about you now is the garment of the Spirit. So therefore you must tip the balance more over to the Spirit and then when you have done this, balance upon the middle way based upon the Spiritual wisdom, not the material knowledge.

Questioner 4:  What are the ‘scales of mediumship?

(3.5.1) Reply: There are always the two sides of mediumship: the negative and the positive. May the positive always motivate you forward. Allow the negative to be there, but hold it and know it for what it is, then you can have mastery of the Inner Self. Always keep the scales of mediumship in  balance. Above all else, I would say the most difficult thing to do is to keep a balance. Those who have managed to come closest to achieving this, throughout the ages, have all maintained one crucial factor: that of returning to our own individual Centre that we might indeed be ‘centred’. To put it another way, to practice meditation.

(In ancient Egypt one scale pan had the symbol of a heart, the other scale pan the symbol for a feather ~ the Feather of Truth. The two were weighed against eachother to show how honest and upright an individual had been during their life on Earth).

(3.6.1) Words of Wisdom: Within the cycle of one lifetime upon this Plane mankind can attain to the highest level of Consciousness, for which he was created. Many ask how we can say that such an achievement could derive in the materialistic surroundings that one finds oneself. Mankind was given, aeons of time ago, in many different civilisations, the wisdom and knowledge to attain this. Many times great and noble traditions led mankind to seek this Higher Pathway, but the one ingredient that inevitably eludes mankind is the Divine Right, the Divine Expression and the Divine Experience.

(3.6.2)  The Divine Right is given that you have mastery over all that you come into contact with. All forces of the Universe are beneath you.

*To exercise this Right what must be done?

The Divine Consciousness must be brought into the sea of this Divine Expression.

*Where does it lie?

              ~ Within the Inner Self.

 * And how does one come to know and to come into one Being with the Inner Self?

             ~There is only one method and that be by entering into oneself to the silence of  meditation.       

(3.6.3)  * How does one meditate?

              ~ 1) By becoming peaceful and tranquil and to place yourself into conditions which are beloved by you.

                 2) Then by entering into the breathing exercises.

                 3) Then by seeking the centre and most powerful point, taking from this power point up to the inner eye, projecting inwards.

(i.e. from the yellow centre of the Solar Plexus to the indigo centre in centre of forehead)~

To open this power point it is necessary that you yourself have a greater  understanding of its function; its function being the clearer vision and the Divine Right to see.

This is the Divine Right and the other side of this, to exercise this Divine Right, you must also accept that what, when and how you exercise this Divine Right you are held accountable for.  There is within the Law given to mankind NO reason why this can ever be broken.

(3.6.4) The Divine Experience is to experience those things which were created by Divinity about you. Even with the senses given to mankind this experience is only fractionally yours. So before you can exercise this other Divine Right you must begin to exercise your senses which are, in their entirety, part of your Divine Right.

(3.7.1) Mankind has also fallen many times upon one small word: the expression of LOVE. I have said many times this expression is the overriding factor and the speediest chariot towards Perfection. And yet it is the one which eludes and deludes mankind. Upon this Plane are placed labels of different factions of Love. There is but one word and many expressions but all leading to the one end. We would ask you to enter onto the material road using these things given to you, then we shall come to the opening of the Inner.

      Let not apathy enter within yourselves.

             Know despondency for the cloak of darkness it is.

                        Know despair for the millstone, it will pull you down.

                                    And know neglect for the hell you make it.

Prayer to Eternity:

Oh great and eternal Father, Creator of all life and all things, we Thy humble servants come before Thee in humbleness and sincerity of heart. We ask for greater attunement of spirit and material here upon Thy little ones who search for Truth and Knowledge. May they forever carry that torch to enlighten and illuminate the whole of the material self. We pray that all mankind may search for these Truths, that they may take to themselves fragments and facets of Thy Eternal and Divine Laws. For all the animal kingdom, the plant kingdom and the kingdom below, we ask that the Light of Truth may settle upon them and that they may receive of Thy Divine Upliftment. We ask that round and about each of those who seek Truth, may be placed the cloak of Love and Protection, that the Truth and Light may shine from them and they may always hold to mind that they are servants of the Divinity and Truth. Oh great and eternal Force of Life, into Thy Divine and Eternal Keeping do I wholly commend.

May that Love, Peace and Tranquillity settle and be instilled within you and may you always know that the Love from our side of Life is always with you. God Bless you, my children.
